What happens in a typical session?
Each session is different, but it normally involves the participants lying down on a mat, in comfortable clothes and a blanket, and being immersed in the sounds. The Gong Bath normally takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

How will I feel?
Everyone is different, but common responses include feeling very relaxed, whilst at the same time alert and alive. People describe heightened senses, and a reduction in stress, anxiety and tension. They also often feel happy and more positive after the session, as well as experiencing a deeper, better quality sleep.

Why gongs?
Apart from just sounding amazing, there is a lot of science going on during a Gong Bath. Everything in our world vibrates, and physics tells us that the human body has vibrational frequencies at a cellular level. It is also understood that the various energy centres (chakras) in the body have specific and differing frequencies when vibrating at their natural, balanced levels.
During a Gong Bath, areas of imbalance in your body will naturally resonate with the sounds, restoring healthy vibrational frequencies in the body's cells, systems and chakras, which all adds up to feeling more grounded, centred and content.

We have several gongs, including a 32" wind gong and a 30" chao gong, as well as several smaller gongs that combine to give a full and varied sound balance.

How much does it cost?
It all depends on the session. We provide Gong Baths in all sorts of different situations.
For a private group session up to 10 people the cost is £100/hour. This will be with one person. However if you require a 2nd person, giving a fuller, more immersive experience, this session will cost £180.
We can also provide one-to-one sessions for £60/hour.
